The “Fire Chalice” Artisan Fire Bowl from the Skillman Signature Series by Ohio Flame mimics the most universal of all vessels, the chalice.  Designed and crafted by local artisan, Matt Skillman, this massive vessel of fire is built with quality and durability.  With no parts to break or wear out over time, this Artisan Fire Bowl is built to last a lifetime.  The “Fire Chalice” is crafted from thick carbon American steel that is sourced from local steel mills.  No maintenance is required for this Fire Bowl, as it’s designed to withstand the elements year-round.  The “Fire Chalice” features a substantial Rain Drain to allow for water drainage.  The “Patina Finish” features a natural iron oxide patina that will gradually darken over time.  This Fire Bowl is 100% American Made and is crafted by a local artisan.  The “Fire Chalice” is backed by Ohio Flame’s Lifetime Warranty, guaranteeing that the Fire Bowl will last a lifetime.

Damages:

In an unlikely event, your product is damaged. Inspect, Note on delivery receipt and take photos. Report within ONE business day to support@kozykornerfirepits.com

Returns:

Within seven days of delivery, unused items can be returned. The cost associated with restocking fee and shipping is subtracted from the total refund amount. Products labeled as “non-returnable” in its description, products that have been assembled/used/installed, and discounted bundled kits (entire kit is eligible for return) are not entitled to return.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are only approved if requested within 24 hours after order placement. Late cancellation requests (after 24 hours) are subjected to a $25 fee or 3% administration fee.

Exchanges:

Most of our products can be exchanged, subject to restocking/return expenses that might incur. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged once their manufacturing has begun.

Warranty Process:

In case of a defective item, our technical team will assist in the warranty process of the manufacturer.

Freight/Signature Required Deliveries:

Cancellations are not accepted for orders with assigned tracking or shipped already. No cancellations are to be accepted upon any backorder item.
