Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment process:

Online orders are only available for ground shipping within the U.S. (48-Contiguous states)

Upon receiving your order we will verify the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at

Select products will ship directly from the manufacturer when necessary to provide a faster delivery. Custom finish items may have extended processing times.

Items over 150 pounds will ship via Freight Delivery

When a freight order is ready to be delivered, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery time. For this reason, it is critical to provide the most relevant phone number at the time of check out. Our freight shipping incudes free curbside delivery and liftgate service. Upon delivery, the driver will remove the item from the truck, but it is your responsibility to bring the item onto the property and into its new home. Be prepared with a forklift to remove the pallet/crate(s) from the truck unless otherwise indicated in your order. *Some products require professional installation.*


A signature is required for all freight deliveries. Please inspect items before accepting delivery. Inspect your items upon arrival and do not accept damaged products If the outside of the delivery is damaged. Please take photos and refuse the package and/or write the nature of the damage on the acceptance form. Be sure to write on the delivery documents with the driver "DAMAGED FREIGHT" in addition to the nature of the damage. Send photos to (within 24 hours of receipt) and we will process an insurance claim. Kozy Korner Fire Pits is not liable for the failure to report damaged products at time of delivery acceptance, your warranty can be voided and could result in forfeiture of remediation for damaged product.
