Registering your grill as soon as possible is recommended, as this will speed up the process of any warranty claims, while protecting your rightful ownership of your new Summerset Grill. Shipment Processing Time:

We aim to process and ship all orders as fast as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. However, processing times may vary depending on the order volume and availability of products.

Damages:

In an unlikely event, your product is damaged. Inspect, Note on delivery receipt and take photos. Report within ONE business day to support@kozykornerfirepits.com

Returns:

Within seven days of delivery, unused items can be returned. The cost associated with restocking fee and shipping is subtracted from the total refund amount. Products labeled as “non-returnable” in its description, products that have been assembled/used/installed, and discounted bundled kits (entire kit is eligible for return) are not entitled to return.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are only approved if requested within 24 hours after order placement. Late cancellation requests (after 24 hours) are subjected to a $25 fee or 3% administration fee.

Exchanges:

Most of our products can be exchanged, subject to restocking/return expenses that might incur. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged once their manufacturing has begun.

Warranty Process:

In case of a defective item, our technical team will assist in the warranty process of the manufacturer.

Freight/Signature Required Deliveries:

Cancellations are not accepted for orders with assigned tracking or shipped already. No cancellations are to be accepted upon any backorder item.
