Returns and Cancellations

Kozy Korner Fire Pits, our top priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to return or cancel your order, and we want to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible for you.

 

Returns Process:

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. To initiate a return request, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You will receive an email confirming that the return request has been accepted or denied within one business day.

An itemized Return Authorization, and detailed instructions will be emailed to you within one to two business days. From the date you receive this email, you will have 30 days to return the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, your refund will be issued within one to two weeks.

Please note that items returned outside of this process or period are not eligible for a refund.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom made and made-to-order products
  • Items marked "non-returnable" in the item description
  • Used items, or items that have been installed or assembled
  • Bundled kits sold at a discounted rate - the entire kit must be returned

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. If the product you've returned is ineligible for a refund, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee any cancellations. All orders are processed, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible for you. If you miss the cancellation period for your order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we can help you with a return or exchange.

While many of our products are eligible for cancellation, items that are custom-made or made-to-order specifically for you cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun. For these items, All Sales Are Final and cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your product for something similar, or a different product altogether, we can further assist. Once you return the product you wish to exchange, we will apply the credit to your new order and begin processing. Please note, all of our standard return policies apply.

Freight/Signature Required Deliveries

All orders that require a freight carrier will be shipped by LTL freight. A carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time, typically during normal business hours. Freight carriers will only deliver curbside or to a location that is accessible to a lift gate.

If your delivery requires an appointment or there are any special instructions or requirements, please let us know before your order ships, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

The carrier will deliver your item to the curb or as close to your house as possible. It is your responsibility to move the item inside, unpack it, and dispose of the packaging.

It is important that you have someone available at the time of delivery to accept and sign for the product. If you are not available, you will be responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred for re-delivery.

By signing for the delivery without noting any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt, you are accepting that your full order has arrived in excellent condition.

Any damage or missing pieces must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) delivery receipt in the presence of the driver. Do not discard the damaged item(s) or the original packaging.

For severe damage. If item seems to be repacked by carrier or not in its original container please take photos and note on the delivery receipt: “Refused due to damage” and contact us immediately.

Contact us at support@kozykornerfirepits.com to report the damage within ONE business day and include delivery details, along with photos illustrating the damage.

Any damaged item(s) that is required to be returned. Must be returned within 30 days. If not returned in this period, the original payment method will be charged.
