Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking details. You can use these details to track your order on the respective carrier's website or on our Track My Order Tab on the Homepage.

In an unlikely event, your product is damaged. Inspect, Note on delivery receipt and take photos. Report within ONE business day to email@example.com
Within seven days of delivery, unused items can be returned. The cost associated with restocking fee and shipping is subtracted from the total refund amount. Products labeled as “non-returnable” in its description, products that have been assembled/used/installed, and discounted bundled kits (entire kit is eligible for return) are not entitled to return.

Cancellations are only approved if requested within 24 hours after order placement. Late cancellation requests (after 24 hours) are subjected to a $25 fee or 3% administration fee.
Most of our products can be exchanged, subject to restocking/return expenses that might incur. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged once their manufacturing has begun.
In case of a defective item, our technical team will assist in the warranty process of the manufacturer.
Freight/Signature Required Deliveries:
Cancellations are not accepted for orders with assigned tracking or shipped already. No cancellations are to be accepted upon any backorder item.
